Refund window
Membership and campaign purchases can be reviewed for a refund within the window published at checkout, provided the plan's earning and referral features have not been used to generate payable balance.
What is not refundable
Amounts already withdrawn, referral bonuses paid to other members, and network transaction fees cannot be reversed.
Referral impact
If a purchase is refunded, referral bonuses generated by that purchase are reversed from the upline balance to keep the network ledger consistent.
How to request
Open a request from Support with your account email and the purchase reference. Decisions are recorded against your account and communicated in-product.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment path. Crypto refunds are sent to the address the payment originated from, on the same network.
